Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of deep relaxation and transformative meditation. My own experience with Yoga Nidra has been profoundly healing. It has helped me deeply embody, accept, and transform some of the conditions that were at the root of my suffering. It also provides a space and time for deep relaxation, this relaxation gives our bodies and nervous systems a break, feeling true rest. This practice requires no movement, it can be practiced by anyone without any experience at all.
Breathwork isn't distinctly a yogic practice but in this class we will be focusing on different breathing techniques from the yogic tradition. Some of the benefits of breathwork that I've experienced are raising my energy levels. Balancing subtle energies that regulate the body and mind. Reduce anxiety and helps stabilize concentration.
Yoga Nidra and Breathwork are both powerful stand alone practices that have been very transformative in my own life.
My intention is to share this healing with whoever is curious and wants to dive deeper into the subconscious mind and receive the healing they are searching for.
Integration Guide is another offering I am very passionate about. Whether you're integrating day-to-day life, a plant medicine journey, breathwork journey, or a nidra experience, I am here to help you through the process.
